Physical Games - in Bulgarian language

Date: 2009-01-07

Physical games are important for developing our physical, intellectual, moral and aesthetic qualities.

They improve our motor skills, increase our understanding of sportsmanship and improve things like speed and dexterity.

The rules have a great value too.

They teach us how to manage our behaviour and help to develop confidence and self respect.

They teach us how to deal with challenges and develop our self control.

Playing with others teaches us how to interact with other people, how to value others, how to solve problems with others and how to express ourselves.

Playing is quality time spent with your children and will help a parent to learn more about their child.

Playing reminds adults of their own childhood and gives an opportunity to teach games from previous generations.

Playing games is good for parents’ physical wellbeing too!
