Needs analysis was developed by the Romanian organization in order to plan the workshops which are meeting the identified training needs.

Needs analysis developed within the school – Horea School Cluj-Napoca,.Romania. The project team:

• interviewed 29 children from the 2^nd grade: the interview guide was elaborated within the partnership; the questions were asked in a different order from what was in the original interview guide.
• applied questionnaires to 38 parents; the questionnaires were elaborated within the partnership.
• interviewed the head-teacher of the school.

Needs analysis revealed the necessity of supporting parents in the following domains:

• Free time management;

• Emotional and behavioural problems;

• Assertive communication (with school representatives);

• Learning techniques;

• Individual learning plan;

• Elaborating a statute of a non-profit association.
